Jonathan
H. Fry is an associate attorney in the firm. His areas of practice
include construction law, engineering law and business litigation.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Fry
held a variety of construction management positions. He has worked
as an onsite project engineer for small to moderate size construction
projects, as the assistant area engineer for the Southern California
Area Office of the Corps of Engineers, and as program manager for
the large accelerated construction program in support of the Air
Force Ballistic Missile Program.
He has been involved in the design and construction
of numerous types of facilities including warehouses, office buildings,
aircraft hangars, and flood control channels. Mr. Fry was also instrumental
in the development of construction management software which facilitates
early identification and resolution of construction contract disputes
and quality performance issues.
Mr. Fry is admitted to practice before all the
state courts of California and the U. S. District Court for the
Central District. He is also licensed to practice engineering in
California and Virginia. He is a member of the State Bar of California,
Construction Industry Forum of The American Bar Association, the
American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of American Military
Engineers, and the United States Army Reserve.
Mr. Fry resides in San Bernardino with his wife,
Evelyn, and their two sons.
