Shaaron Bangs is an experienced attorney who has devoted her legal career to the practice of construction law, and has represented numerous construction clients in all aspects of litigation, including mediation, arbitration and trial.

Ms. Bangs has been an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), serving the San Gabriel Valley Chapter in various capacities including president. She has also served on the National Board as Director of Region 12 and as National Secretary. She is an active member of the Legal Rights and Strategies Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Southern California. She also served as legal counsel for the American Subcontractors Association, Inland Empire. She is currently National Secretary of Women Construction Owners and Executives, USA, and Director of the Inland Empire Chapter. She also sits on the board for Coalition for Fair Employment in Contracting.

Ms. Bangs has conducted numerous seminars and spoken to a number of trade associations on various aspects of Construction Law. She is a member of the Forum on The Construction Industry of the American Bar Association and a member of the California Bar.

Ms. Bangs has received the Recognition of Excellence Award from the San Gabriel Valley YWCA, Women of Achievement, and was one of thirty-five women honored by National Association of Women Business Owners in 1994.
