Shaaron A. Bangs

Shaaron Bangs is an experienced attorney who has devoted her legal career to the practice of construction law, and has represented numerous construction clients in all aspects of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.

Ms. Bangs has been an active member of numerous construction trade associations including National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE), American Subcontractors Association (ASA) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). 

As a member of NAWIC, she has held numerous positions with the San Gabriel Valley Chapter, and served as National Director and Officer.  She also served as national officer for WCOE, and legal counsel for the Inland Empire Chapter of ASA.  

Ms. Bangs has served as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors for ABC-So Cal Chapter, and as a Director of the ABC-California Board.  She is currently a Trustee on the ABC-So Cal Merit Shop Trust, Trustee of the ABC-So Cal Benefit Trust, a member of its Legal Rights and Strategies Committee, and a member of its Political Action Committee (PAC). 

Ms. Bangs has conducted numerous seminars and spoken to numerous trade associations on various aspects of Construction Law.  She is a member of the Forum on The Construction Industry of the American Bar Association, the California Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar, and serves as the Chair of the Construction Law Subsection of the Los Angeles County Bar. She has acted as Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Courts, and has conducted Judicial Arbitrations as a member of the Court appointed panel.  She is currently a member of the panel to arbitrate attorney-client fee disputes for the Riverside County Court.
